We offer different shipping terms, determined according to the country selected in your customer account, and the weight of the items you ordered.
The box weight is determined according to the items ordered. The approximate weight of each item can be found in the product listings. The weight of the box and packing materials is approximately 160 g.
The following rates apply:
Within the Federal republic of Germany: 2.50 EUR, regardless of weight
Within the EU: 5.00 EUR for orders up to 500 grams, 8.50 EUR for larger orders
Everywhere else: 10.50 EUR for orders up to 500 grams, 15.00 EUR for larger orders
Orders to the US and other non-EU countries are sent as registered airmail. Please expect a delivery time of 10 to 12 days.
Payment options
Orders can either be payed via bank transfer or by PayPal. Account details will be in the
order confirmation email.
Important notice: customers from Non-EU member states are not liable to pay the German VAT!
If this is the case for you, please pay only the amount denoted as 'Net amount' in your order confirmation e-mail. |
